SECTION 1 - RETURN ADDRESS

SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION

A full return of 30 days is paid on goods purchased from KNAEGT's.

The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Return costs must be borne by yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us within 30 days of the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the order within 14 days.

The notification shall be given per mail at infoknaegts@gmail.com In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to use your right of withdrawal, and add a proof of purchase.

NOTE: Packages sent on demand will not be received, or if you reship your package without being in contact with KNAEGT's, your package will be sent back.

If you are shipping an item over 400 DKK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SECTION 3 - COMPLAINT

To complete your complaint, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

A 2 year warranty is granted under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product, maintenance / service.

KNAEGT's will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Upon return, please contact infoknaegts@gmail.com. The request must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. In the message you have to make it clear that you want to use your complaint and add the proof of purchase and pictures of the defects in materials and / or fabrication.

After that you will get a mail from us and what to do next.

SECTION 4 - THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT WHEN YOU RETURN IT

You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. In other words - You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the item as used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the commercial value of the product.

In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store.

You must test the product, but do not take it in real use.

 

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

 

SECTION 6 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
